The Functionary is hiring a Level 1 IT Support Technician for a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You will deliver client IT support via phone and chat, troubleshoot Windows Server, Azure, and AD issues, and maintain documentation and knowledge bases while ensuring professional client communication.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and troubleshooting Windows Server environments.
• Hands-on Azure and Office 365 administration.
• Proficient in Active Directory user and group management.
• Familiar with virtualization technologies (VMWare/Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of firewall configurations and network security basics.
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and RADIUS.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support via phone and chat to clients.
• Troubleshoot issues including Office, AD unlocks, and password resets.
• Document and manage support tickets and knowledge base.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client environments.
