Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking an IT Support Associate to provide remote support for US-based users from the Philippines. You will triage and resolve incidents, manage user provisioning in Entra ID, and work closely with infrastructure and engineering teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, excellent written communication, and the ability to work US business hours.

Qualifications

• Proven remote desktop troubleshooting of desktop/laptop hardware and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical users in a professional services context.
• Experience with Windows, Mac OS, and enterprise apps.
• Work US business hours.
• 3+ years as a full-time IT professional.
• 2+ years desktop support in an enterprise organization.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Intune.
• Experience with IT incident management tools.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT incidents and service requests end-to-end.
• Triage incidents by priority and uphold SLAs.
• Use remote tools to diagnose and resolve end-user issues.
• Manage user and group provisioning in Entra ID.
• Maintain accurate incident records in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams for resolution.
• Assist with network issues and Wi-Fi setup.
• Uphold IT security policies and suggest improvements.
• Design and improve user support processes.
