Job summary

HireBooth in the Philippines seeks an autonomous IT Operations Manager to own and secure the firm’s global IT operations, infrastructure, and end-user support, working remotely to align with US business hours.

You will manage endpoint configurations (NinjaOne), patching, disaster recovery, IAM across SaaS and client retail platforms, and runbooks for a one-person IT department in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT operations or systems administration with ownership of endpoint management for a distributed fleet.
• Proven scripting ability (PowerShell, Shell) for automation and configuration enforcement.
• Experience with patch management, backups, DR runbooks, and security governance.

Responsibilities

• Own NinjaOne endpoint configurations across Windows and macOS fleets.
• Design and implement automated patching, deployment rings, and backup strategies.
• Manage client credentials, MFA, RBAC, and offboarding access across vendor consoles.
• Administer Google Workspace IAM, groups, and shared drives; oversee cloud IAM (BigQuery).
• Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and service catalogs for remote IT operations.
