Job summary

Cellexia Labs is seeking a sharp technology leader to own and guide IT operations in a fully remote, international team. You will lead the IT department, set standards, and ensure new teammates are onboarded quickly while keeping systems secure, scalable, and cost‑efficient across time zones.

You will build and mentor a team, manage the tech stack, and drive automation, AI tool adoption, and data protection across markets we serve globally.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT management or systems administration.
• 2+ years leading an IT team.
• Experience supporting remote or distributed teams at a growing company.
• Excellent English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT team. Set clear priorities and coach team members.
• Own the tech stack. Know tools, accounts, and integrations; retire unnecessary ones.
• Keep systems secure with strong authentication, access controls, and device security.
• Make onboarding and offboarding flawless with day-one access.
• Run a help desk that serves across time zones and reduces recurring issues.
• Protect data with reliable backups and tested recovery processes.
• Look after digital foundations: domains, email, website infrastructure, and tracking.
• Automate repetitive work with scripts and integrations to save time.
• Evaluate and deploy AI tools with governance on data usage.
• Control costs by auditing subscriptions and vendor negotiations.
