Job summary

Cellexia Labs is a fully remote, international team seeking a sharp technology leader to own IT and run the team that keeps everything secure and productive across time zones.

You'll set standards, onboard new teammates in a day, protect data across markets, and optimize tools and workflows. A strong English background and proven remote leadership are essential. This role offers ownership and a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT management or similar leadership roles.
• 2+ years leading an IT team, ideally supporting remote or distributed teams.
• Experience in e-commerce or consumer brands is a strong advantage.
• Excellent English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT team, set priorities, coach staff, and build a problem-solving culture.
• Own the tech stack, tools, accounts, costs, and integrations across the company.
• Keep us secure, enforce authentication, access controls, password management, and device security.
• Ensure onboarding and offboarding work flawlessly with day-1 access and secure exits.
• Run a help desk that resolves cross-time-zone issues quickly and fixes repeat problems.
• Protect data with reliable backups, tested recovery, and privacy compliance.
• Maintain digital foundations: domains, email, website infrastructure, and tracking.
• Automate repetitive work by building scripts and integrations to save time.
• Safely bring in AI tools with data governance and clear usage guidelines.
• Control costs by auditing subscriptions and negotiating with vendors.
• Document processes so knowledge isn’t stuck with individuals.
• Move fast using AI to speed up troubleshooting while applying sound judgment.
