Job summary

ECAM Technologies Corporation in Iloilo City invites a capable Supervisor, Remote Service to lead a remote support engineering team delivering 24/7 IT assistance for US stakeholders.

You will plan IT service activities, monitor performance, manage projects, and drive process improvements while ensuring adherence to SLAs and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, ITIL knowledge, and experience with 24/7 operations, with onsite work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in IT service desk or support roles with 2+ in leadership.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and service delivery experience.
• Experience leading 24/7 teams.
• Excellent communication with US stakeholders.
