Job summary

Convey Health Solutions Philippines, Inc. is seeking an IT Intern to provide first- and second-line operational support for IT applications. You will liaise with Service Desk, Development, Customers, and Infrastructure to troubleshoot and resolve incidents while learning from product teams.

The internship runs 3–4 months with remote work from home, scheduled 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM on weekdays. A daily bi-weekly allowance is provided to eligible students.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Curriculum based required internship.
• Required skill(s): application support, SQL, System Admin.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Service Desk, Development, Customers, Infrastructure and Employees to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.
• Provide first and second line operational support for IT applications.
• Ensure timely and efficient resolution of IT application-related incidents and service requests.
