Job summary

Solovis builds portfolio management and analytics software for institutional investors, backed by Insight Partners, with a focus on growth and client outcomes. This hands-on role owns the fund manager data collection process end-to-end, including outreach, progress tracking, and timely delivery to clients.

You will interact with fund managers at leading institutions, maintain professionalism and follow-through, and grow quickly within a fast-paced client operations team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a data analysis, operations, or client-facing coordination role.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads with attention to detail and quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to liaise with external counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Manage outreach to fund managers to collect data and documents for client reporting.
• Serve as day-to-day liaison between clients, fund managers, and internal operations; track progress and flag delays.
• Use tools to reduce manual effort and improve throughput across high-volume collection cycles.
• Ensure collected data meets accuracy and completeness before delivery to clients.
• Contribute to team throughput and own quality over time.
