Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Analyst Services professionals to meet defined SLAs and throughput goals.
• Establish workflows, enforce processes, and ensure timely, accurate work.
• Design and maintain automation to reduce manual effort and improve throughput.
• Oversee data intake pipelines, API connections, and failure notifications for reliability.
• Own extraction, mapping, enrichment, and QA/QC of investment data.
• Define and report KPIs including SLA adherence and automation coverage.
