Solovis in Metro Manila seeks an Analyst Services Manager to lead a data-operations team delivering accurate, SLA-driven investment data to clients. You will drive automation and process discipline, overseeing extraction, mapping, enrichment, and QA/QC across asset classes.

You will mentor analysts, implement AI tools to improve throughput, and partner with Data Operations, Client Delivery, and Professional Services to ensure smooth onboarding and reliable data delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Analyst Services professionals to meet defined SLA targets and throughput goals.
• Design, build, and maintain automation for core workflows to reduce manual effort and increase straight-through processing.
• Manage data intake pipelines, API connections, and document retrieval across portfolios.
• Own extraction, mapping, enrichment, and QA/QC for investment data across asset classes.
• Define and report on team KPIs including SLA adherence and automation coverage.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach team members to build a resilient, scalable operation.
