Job summary

Boomering Inc is seeking an Intermediate Accountant for a permanent work-from-home role in the Philippines. The position handles day-to-day accounting across AP, AR, and general ledger with independence and accuracy.

The candidate will process invoices, perform reconciliations, and support month-end close across multiple entities. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and at least 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, including ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or closely related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Experience with general journals, reconciliations, account coding, and ledger management.
• Experience supporting month-end accounting activities.
• Experience working with accounting or ERP systems; Dynamics AX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, receipts, and other transactions.
• Prepare and process general journal entries with accurate coding.
• Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations; investigate discrepancies.
• Respond to supplier and customer account queries.
• Review historical transactions and supporting documentation for issues.
• Assist with month-end processing within timelines.
• Support accounting activities across multiple entities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Identify discrepancies and investigate solutions.
• Escalate issues requiring clarification or approval as needed.
• Provide additional general accounting support as required.
