Job summary

Boomering is seeking a Senior Accountant to work remotely from home in the Philippines. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 07:00 AM–04:00 PM, with a salary package from 85,000.00 PHP to 120,000.00 PHP depending on qualifications.

Candidates will handle BAS/IAS returns, prepare P&L statements and tax returns for various entities, and review client records in MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero, and more. Requires experience with Australian taxation and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5 yrs + experience in Australian Taxation.
• At least 2 yrs experience as a tax compliance accountant for an Australian Accounting Firm.
• Experience with managing multiple clients.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Able to deal with deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Adaptability to various client needs.
• Efficient and readily available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BAS/IAS returns.
• Prepare P&L statements, balance sheets and depreciation schedules for business clients.
• Prepare and lodge Income Tax Returns for Individuals, Companies, Trusts, Partnerships.
• Review client accounting records in MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero, etc. to provide accurate and timely management reports.
• Superannuation data entry and preparation of financial statements and tax return for audit.
• FBT returns if capable.
• Providing assistance in relation to a range of taxation matters including FBT, CGT, income tax and GST.
