Hire Overseas is seeking an Intake Specialist and Receptionist (Healthcare) to support a home care agency. You will be the first contact for inquiries, handle phone communications, and manage scheduling and EMR records in a remote capacity.

This role requires a confident phone presence and healthcare software experience. The position is full-time, remote, with availability during US business hours and USD compensation bi-monthly.

Qualifications

• Confident, clear phone presence is essential.
• EMR or healthcare software experience required.
• Healthcare/home care background preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.
• Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Maintain a warm, professional tone across interactions.
• Enter, update, and maintain client and caregiver records in the EMR system.
• Coordinate scheduling between clients and caregivers and track open items.
