Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Part-Time Insurance Virtual Assistant to start immediately. The role focuses on client communication, policy servicing, and workflow management across EZLynx and related tools.

You will support multiple brokers, handle invoicing, and assist with endorsements, renewals, and documentation. The position is 100% remote with a flexible schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM) and a PHP 31,500 monthly salary plus HMO.

Qualifications

• Approximately five or more years of relevant insurance-support experience preferred.
• Prior experience supporting an insurance agency.
• Practical knowledge of policy servicing, certificates of insurance, endorsements, renewals, and carrier follow-up.
• Strong EZLynx experience preferred.
• Ability to add policies, process routine invoicing, communicate with underwriters, and maintain accurate system records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage shared client emails, phone calls, and service requests.
• Respond to routine client questions using approved procedures and escalation rules.
• Collect information and documentation for policy-service requests.
• Follow up with clients, carriers, and underwriters regarding missing information and pending requests.
• Provide agency-wide administrative coverage when brokers are traveling or unavailable.
• Process certificates of insurance through the agency's workflow.
• Support endorsements, policy changes, renewals, and related documentation.
• Add new policies and maintain accurate policy and client information in EZLynx.
• Complete invoicing and other routine servicing activities in EZLynx.
• Prepare and send requests to underwriters, carriers, and internal processing teams.
• Maintain accurate notes, activities, statuses, and documents in EZLynx.
• Identify stalled requests and escalate as needed.
• Provide daily reports on completed work, pending requests, and escalations.
