Job summary

Frontier is seeking a Full-Time Instructional Designer to craft, refine, and scale training materials for Bundles leadership programs. You’ll work with the core design team to apply adult learning principles and ensure materials meet high standards for quality, engagement, and consistency.

This remote, hands-on role focuses on formatting and tailoring existing content to match proven frameworks while leveraging AI tools to streamline workflow and maintain top-notch design quality.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them to professional training.
• Strong presentation design skills with a focus on visual layout and accessibility standards.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools - specifically Claude and Microsoft Copilot - into your instructional design workflow.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and sound judgment when evaluating content quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
• High level of autonomy with a proven ability to follow established guidelines and execute independently.
• Clear, professional written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Format and update presentation materials to seamlessly match Bundles design templates.
• Build learner-specific versions of existing training materials based on clear guidelines.
• Execute light content edits and regular updates across existing learning assets.
• Conduct quality control, reviewing all materials for design, formatting, and consistency against Bundles Lesson Plans.
• Apply adult learning principles (andragogy) to keep content clear, actionable, and engaging.
• Utilize modern AI tools to enhance instructional design efficiency.
• Manage files, resources, and documentation independently using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
