Job summary

Sutherland is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join the Learning Design and Experience (LDEx) team in a dynamic, AI-forward role. You will own the learning lifecycle from needs analysis through design, development, and evaluation, delivering engaging content across classroom, virtual, self-paced, and digital formats.

Leverage AI tools to accelerate content analysis and curriculum design while maintaining high instructional quality and learner outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
2+ years in Learning & Development focused on curriculum design, content development, and training delivery.
1+ year in customer service, technical support, or BPO environment.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end learning solutions using ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom's Taxonomy.
Analyze requirements, identify knowledge gaps, and create curriculum maps and learner materials.
Develop ILT, VILT, self-paced, and e-learning content across platforms.
Collaborate with SMEs to validate content and ensure accuracy.
Use AI tools to support analysis, scripting, and content refinement while ensuring quality.
