Job summary

OIS is a global AdTech platform for OOH verification, seeking a manager to run the inspection function end to end. Inspectors perform on-site inspections across markets, delivering verified evidence at the heart of client reports. This role is based in Metro Manila with Manila-based candidates only.

You will lead, support and grow the inspector base, own quality and turnaround targets, and work directly with the CTO in an autonomous role.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating large teams (employees, contractors or partners) to deliver work to standard and targets.
• Strong people skills: training, supporting and getting the best out of others.
• Detail-focused with a quality and process mindset.
• Comfortable using data and dashboards to track and improve performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, internal and external.
• Self-directed and organised, able to own a function with minimal oversight.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train and support inspectors across our markets.
• Build inspector engagement, capability and retention.
• Review completed inspections for quality and accuracy, and give feedback.
• Drive completion rates, turnaround and quality against targets.
• Work with the team to keep inspections delivered to standard.
• Improve training, processes and quality standards as we scale.
• Handle escalations and resolve problem inspections.
