Job summary

Elev8 Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of media assets in Makati.

You will translate executive goals into project timelines, ensure safety standards, and deliver client requirements on time while maintaining cost-efficiency across printing, fabrication, and site installations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operational leadership within OOH or large-scale media production, with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and travel for field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of operational leadership in OOH advertising or large-scale media production.
• Experience managing field personnel and supply chains.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field monitoring and safety inspections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee structural installation, dismantling, and maintenance of billboard structures and OOH assets.
• Map timelines, track statuses, and optimize site deployment speeds.
• Negotiate supplier rates and supervise third-party contractors and printers.
• Conduct field validation audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Establish performance metrics and dashboards to monitor cycles and backlogs.
• Ensure safety, permits, and regulatory compliance.
