Job summary

Sophos is seeking a dynamic Channel Account Manager to drive Australian partner engagement and grow revenue through renewals, upgrades and cross-sell opportunities. You will work with distributors, partners, presales and the broader Sophos sales team to achieve quotas.

Responsibilities include managing high volumes of partners, opportunities, and forecasting, while leveraging Salesforce and joint sales motions. Remote-first role with potential hybrid requirements.

Qualifications

• Channel or Sales experience within the Australia markets.
• 5+ years Channel and or customer business development experience.
• 5+ years IT industry selling vendor technologies.
• Experience with high volume Small to Medium sales.
• Experience with remote/inside sales.

Responsibilities

• Grow Sophos customers through renewal of existing licenses and cross-sell via channel partners.
• Collaborate with distributors, partners, presales and wider sales teams.
• Provide accurate forecasting and manage deal registrations.
• Develop territory plans and manage partner relationships to hit bookings quota.
• Present Sophos GTM and value proposition to partners to create opportunities.
