Coronis Health Philippines is seeking an experienced Inpatient Medical Coder to review inpatient records, assign ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS and DRG codes, and ensure accuracy to support high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Proven inpatient medical coding experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS and DRG methodologies.
• CCS certification preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Review inpatient medical records and clinical documentation for coding accuracy.
• Assign ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and DRG codes in accordance with coding guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with providers and CDI teams to clarify documentation when needed.
• Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks.
