Job summary

GrowthAssistant is seeking a Talent Producer to own the post-booking creator experience for a fast-scaling influencer program. You will coordinate onboarding, contracts, and payment admin for hundreds of creators, using a primarily written inbox approach.

You’ll maintain the master tracker, chase deliverables, and manage onboarding, contracts, and payments while working with limited live calls, and you’ll handle sourcing and roster maintenance for vetted talent.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of influencer/creator-specific experience managing end-to-end workflows.
• Excellent written English (US style) with slang and shorthand.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to manage a high-volume inbox and proactive follow-up.
• Experience with influencer platforms and payout workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-booking relationship: brief, confirm dates, and follow up through to post.
• Coordinate shipping logistics with partners to ensure timely product delivery.
• Manage a high-volume inbox with template and freehand responses.
• Track deliverables, verify captions and tags, and keep live links updated.
• Onboard creators and manage payment admin, invoicing, and payments.
• Negotiate rates within guidelines and ensure contracts and content are received.
• Maintain the master tracker for creators, terms, and performance.
• Source and screen creators to build an ongoing roster by type and look.
