GrowthAssistant is hiring an Influencer Marketing Assistant to own day-to-day marketing execution at a fast-growing social media management platform built for content creators and brands — driving influencer program coordination end-to-end, sourcing weekly social media trends, keeping campaigns and community initiatives running smoothly, and ensuring every task is seen through to a verified outcome with strong operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with influencer or affiliate marketing programs from start to finish.
• Strong ownership, follow-through, and timely partner communication.
• Organized with attention to detail; able to track activities and spend in spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication in a fast-paced startup.
• Available to work US hours with reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end influencer program coordination, including creator outreach and tracking deliverables.
• Manage influencer relationships, including timely responses and logistics coordination.
• Source weekly social media trends to inform content and campaign strategy.
• Assist with social media scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
• Support community initiatives and Slack groups to maintain engagement.
• Track marketing activities and spend using internal tools and spreadsheets.
