Outdesk. is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Design Draftsperson to support the delivery of commercial HVAC design and construct projects for Australian clients.

This role produces accurate Revit drawings and develops ductwork and pipework layouts from engineering sketches. You will coordinate HVAC drawings with architectural, structural, hydraulic, electrical and other services, maintain drawing registers, and review documents for constructability and compliance before submission to engineers and

Qualifications

• Experience drafting HVAC design and construct drawings.
• Proficient in Revit for mechanical services drafting.
• Experience producing ductwork and pipework layouts from sketches.
• Coordinate HVAC drawings with other building services.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare HVAC design and construction drawings using Revit from sketches.
• Develop detailed ductwork layouts and sizing from design documents.
• Produce mechanical pipework layouts and sizing drawings.
• Assist in developing complete design documentation from concepts.
• Coordinate drawings with architecture, structure, hydraulics and electrical teams.
• Maintain drawing registers and revisions per standards.
• Review drawings for accuracy and constructability before submission.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to meet deadlines.
