Qualifications

• Experience drafting mechanical/HVAC drawings.
• Ability to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail and self-review before submission.

Responsibilities

• Drafting & documentation of mechanical/HVAC installations, including ductwork layouts and equipment installations.
• Ensure drawings are ready for fabrication and site installation with accurate tags, dimensions and schedules.
• Prepare equipment schedules and liaise with suppliers for data to update drawings.
• Assist with compiling O&M manuals and project close-out documentation.
