Job summary

Yempo in the Philippines is seeking a Mechanical CAD Design Engineer to work a mid-shift, with options for work-from-home or in-office arrangements. You will develop HVAC plant and duct layouts using AutoCAD (2D) and, when required, Revit or SketchUp (3D), and prepare planning drawings for an England-based client focused on energy-efficient solutions.

The role requires CAD proficiency (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit), strong attention to detail, solid communication, and basic PM skills, with English

Qualifications

Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Proficiency in English.
Experience with HVAC layouts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Attend online meetings with the design team and review sketches, notes, and feedback.
Develop detailed HVAC plant and ductwork layouts from sketches using AutoCAD (2D) and, when required, Revit or SketchUp (3D).
Prepare planning application drawings, including internal and external service routes, penetrations, and plant locations.
Incorporate design feedback and ensure drawings align with company standards.
Comply with ISMS and applicable policies.
