Yempo Inc in Makati, Philippines, invites an experienced Mechanical CAD Design Engineer to join our mid-shift. You may work from home or in the office. You’ll develop HVAC layouts using AutoCAD and Revit/SketchUp, coordinate with an England-based client, and ensure compliance with ISMS.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, clear communication, and project management while delivering high-quality drawings and staying aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Attend online meetings with the design team and review sketches, notes, and feedback.
• Develop detailed HVAC plant and ductwork layouts from sketches using AutoCAD (2D) and, when required, Revit or SketchUp (3D).
• Prepare planning application drawings, including internal and external service routes, penetrations, and plant locations.
• Incorporate design feedback and ensure drawings align with company standards.
• Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and applicable policies.
