Doist is seeking a Solutions Engineer for a permanent remote role. You will engineer HubSpot-based solutions, lead migrations, and build scalable integrations while advising clients on technical paths alongside executive stakeholders.

The role requires exceptional communication, 4–6+ years as a web/full-stack developer, and proven experience working with U.S.-based teams on PST hours. A leadership mindset and strategic problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex tech for executives (written and verbal).
• 4–6+ years as web/full-stack developer with hands-on coding experience.
• 4–5+ years of client-facing experience leading technical conversations with executives.
• Strategic problem solver who generates multiple pathways before selecting the best one.
• Experience working full-time with U.S.-based teams on U.S. hours (PST alignment).
• Leadership exposure in mentoring, leading projects, or acting as technical lead.

Responsibilities

• Engineer creative technical approaches to client challenges.
• Lead data migration and integration architecture planning.
• Develop HubSpot API integrations and custom solutions.
• Design scalable workflows and automation architectures.
• Build and interpret executive dashboards and data insights.
• Lead HubSpot implementation and optimization efforts for clients.
• Collaborate with sales and strategy calls with senior stakeholders.
