Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based HRIS Data Analyst to support Paylocity administration, data management, and reporting for a US-based client.

You will develop HR reports, dashboards, and metrics, collaborating closely with HR, IT, and operations in a remote environment while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive improvements to HR processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years of HRIS admin, data mgmt, or reporting.
• Practical HRIS platform experience & data handling.
• Experience with Paylocity is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration and maintenance of Paylocity to support HR processes.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to improve HR metrics collection.
• Conduct data audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy of HR records.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve functionality.
• Coordinate system upgrades and feature implementations with Paylocity as liaison.
• Provide frontline tech support and training on HRIS tools and reporting.
