Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based HRIS Data Analyst to support Paylocity administration, data integrity, and HR reporting in a remote setup for our U.S.-based client. You will deliver accurate HR data, build dashboards, and provide insights to leaders across HR and IT.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and Accounting to optimize HR processes, maintain data quality, and ensure compliance while working from home in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as HRIS, IS, or business administration.
• At least 3 years of experience in HRIS administration, HR data management, or a closely related function.
• Experience developing HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Looker or Power BI.
• Paylocity experience is preferred.
• Strong data integrity, auditing, and privacy practices.
• Ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration and maintenance of Paylocity.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Accounting, and other stakeholders to address reporting needs.
• Conduct data audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate system improvements, upgrades, and feature implementations.
• Provide user support and training on HRIS functionality.
• Maintain system workflows, data definitions, and reporting standards.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance across HR data.
