Job summary

Labline Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Retainer HR Specialist to provide ongoing HR support on a retainer basis. The role covers recruitment, compliance, HR systems, documentation, and employee relations, with remote/hybrid/on-site engagement as required.

You will work with management to address day-to-day HR concerns, strengthen HR processes, maintain proper records, and ensure adherence to employment standards within the client organization.

Qualifications

• HR knowledge and advisory skills
• Recruitment know-how is preferred
• Understanding of labor laws and compliance

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying manpower requirements and post job advertisements
• Screen applications and coordinate interviews with management
• Assist in candidate evaluation and onboarding activities
• Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking
• Provide HR compliance support and assist in reviewing HR policies
• Help establish HR systems and processes for recruitment, attendance, leave, and records
• Develop HR trackers, forms, and templates; monitor performance management
• Prepare and maintain HR-related documents and employee communications
• Support employee relations, incident documentation, and notices
• Assist in developing and implementing performance evaluation systems
• Draft and update HR policies and guidelines
• Provide advisory support to management on day-to-day HR matters
• Identify recurring HR issues and suggest preventive measures
