Amare Group Inc. is seeking a part-time Recruiter to support our HR team in Manila.

This role focuses on screening applications and conducting initial online interviews, with flexible remote work arrangements and a 3-day work week (Mon-Wed or Thu-Sat), 1pm–5pm. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recruitment experience, strong sourcing and communication skills, and comfortable using job boards and Google Sheets/Excel.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably for specialized roles.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for specialized positions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable conducting online initial interviews.
• Strong candidate assessment and screening skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple applicants.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and online recruitment tools.
• Experience using SEEK, Indeed, Kalibrr, LinkedIn or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment databases.
• Able to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup.

Aufgaben

• Support HR in day-to-day recruitment, focusing on screening and initial interviews.
• Identify qualified applicants based on job requirements, conduct initial interviews, and document results.
• Coordinate with HR team or hiring manager for next steps.
• Maintain updated candidate statuses in the recruitment tracker.
• Ensure interview notes, recordings and transcripts are properly documented.
• Provide timely updates to the HR Generalist regarding interview progress.
• Assist with recruitment-related admin tasks and high-volume hiring when needed.
