Job summary

Addiction Foods NZ Ltd. is seeking a HR Manager – Learning & Development & Performance Management to lead the design and ongoing enhancement of our learning, onboarding, and performance systems across locations.

You will drive AI-enabled HR automation, measure impact with dashboards, and partner with leaders to create scalable, data-driven HR processes.

This remote role requires tech-savvy, process orientation, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with strong L&D and Performance Management.
Proven track record owning or significantly improving L&D, onboarding, and performance processes.
Experience redesigning manual processes and implementing measurable improvements.
Hands-on KPIs, KRAs, scorecards or performance management frameworks.
Experience working with managers to strengthen coaching and development.
Strong instructional design, learning evaluation, digital learning, and assessment design.
Tech-savvy with practical AI in HR or business processes.
Experience with workflow automation tools and HRIS/workflow automation.
Ability to use HR data, dashboards, analytics to support decisions.
Strong PM, stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication.

Responsibilities

Lead and continuously improve L&D, onboarding, and performance management frameworks.
Partner with managers to develop KPIs, KRAs, OKRs and scorecards.
Design scalable onboarding and learning plans with milestones.
Develop dashboards and reporting on performance trends and completion rates.
Drive HR process improvements using automation and AI tools.
Ensure governance, data privacy, and audit-ready records.
