Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist for a home-based, full-time role serving our US client. You will handle employee relations, compliance, investigations, and record-keeping while supporting training and performance management.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 2+ years of HR Generalist experience, excellent English, and multi-state/California leave experience. The role follows US business hours in a remote Philippine setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as HR Generalist or similar role.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to align with US business hours.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, especially Paylocity, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide employee relations guidance to managers.
• Ensure compliance with federal and multi-state employment laws.
• Conduct and document workplace investigations.
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records.
• Support coaching, corrective actions, and performance management.
• Coordinate employee training for managers and staff.
• Administer and track leaves (FMLA and state leaves).
• Manage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work processes.
• Assist in policy development and HR compliance initiatives.
