Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Employee relations and guidance to managers.
• Federal and multi-state employment law compliance.
• Conducting and documenting workplace investigations.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant employee records.
• Supporting coaching, corrective actions, and performance management.
• Researching and coordinating employee and manager training.
• Administering and tracking employee leaves, including FMLA and applicable state leaves.
• Managing workers' compensation claims and return-to-work processes.
• Supporting policy development and ongoing HR compliance initiatives.
