Job summary

DOXA Talent, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support HR operations with a focus on preboarding for new employees in the Philippines.

You will coordinate onboarding activities, maintain accurate records, assist with HR compliance initiatives, and support benefits and staffing inquiries. The role requires proactive, organized handling of multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with advanced English (B2+ / C1) and availability Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 1 year in administrative or customer service roles; HRIS experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to learn complex systems quickly.
• Knowledge of employment laws (COBRA, FMLA, ADA) at state/federal levels.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preboardings for multiple clients to ensure high-quality service.
• Maintain HR platforms related to preboarding (eVeriify, screening portals, training platforms).
• Meet with worksite employees during preboarding to explain PEO services and policies.
• Manage client and employee communications and provide dedicated support.
• Enter and verify data in HRIS/Payroll systems.
• Maintain state-specific employee handbooks and notices for new hires.
• Keep labor law posters up to date.
• Prepare leave, FMLA, ADA paperwork as required.
• Conduct compliance audits and support projects.
• Handle multiple HR projects across clients and departments.
• Manage HR and Preboarding email inboxes.
• Perform other duties as required.
