Job summary

Exely is seeking a proactive salesperson in Metro Manila to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. After a 3‑month training/adaptation period, you are expected to bring in at least five hotels per month and travel to meet hotel managers across regions.

The role focuses on acquiring customers, attending events, and collaborating with the marketing team. A remote-friendly setup is offered with a strong onboarding and global team support.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Metro Manila, Philippines.
• Willing to travel for face-to-face meetings.
• Fluent in Filipino and advanced English.
• Sales experience in active selling.
• Experience in TravelTech or hospitality SaaS is a big plus.
• Proficient with CRM and computer software.

Responsibilities

• Travel frequently to meet hotel managers and present Exely solutions.
• Generate leads via cold calling, meetings, and events with marketing support.
• Handle incoming leads and convert them into customers.
• Build trusted relationships with hospitality professionals and attend events as a company representative.
• Provide market research to the management team.
• Maintain diligent CRM usage.
