ClearDesk is seeking a Remote Home Care Scheduler to ensure caregiver schedules run smoothly for a US-based client. You will manage shifts, coordinate with caregivers and clients, and handle last-minute changes with calm efficiency.

This role emphasizes reliability, strong organization, and comfortable use of WellSky and VoIP systems. You’ll work from home, supporting seniors with compassionate, timely scheduling while collaborating with an international remote team.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling caregivers or healthcare staff.
• Familiarity with WellSky or similar caregiver scheduling software preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly to shift cancellations or no-shows.
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers via VoIP.
• Update records and case notes in WellSky (training provided).
• Collaborate with ops to keep staffing smooth and issues flagged.
• Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
• Generate weekly reports for leadership.
