Job summary

Ansible Health in the Philippines is seeking a General Program Manager to oversee multiple complex programs across clinical, operational and technology initiatives in a fast-growing startup. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver on scope, timeline and budget while maintaining a high standard of program governance and communication.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; 0–5 years experience is an advantage but not required.
• Demonstrated passion for technology and ability to adapt to new digital tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills and resilient mindset.
• Keen interest in healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with critical thinking.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and willing to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple complex programs across clinical, operational and technology domains.
• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets and resources.
• Define scope, objectives and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Establish governance with risk, issue and change management.
• Monitor progress and report to executives; ensure alignment with all levels.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops; build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement and scale readiness across operations.
