Junction is a remote-first healthcare data infrastructure company, hiring a Customer Support Associate to coordinate lab and partner communications, document outcomes, and ensure swift resolution for US-based clients.

You will work with the Philippines-based Operations team and Tier 1 group, reporting to the Customer Support Lead, in a 6-month contract with potential extension. Strong English, meticulous documentation, and adherence to SOPs are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer support, call center, or BPO supporting US-based clients, preferably in healthcare
• Clear, confident, and professional on the phone in English with US-based businesses
• Exactness in names, dates, IDs, and results tied to a real patient
• Structured, process-driven work style with consistent results
• Comfortable handling sensitive patient health information with care and discretion

Responsibilities

• Call labs and partners for turnaround times, results status, demographics, corrections, orders, and redraws
• Manage Tier 1 queue, prioritize by urgency, meet response-time targets
• Follow SOPs precisely and escalate when needed
• Document outcomes in templates so teammates can act without follow-up questions
• Persistently follow up with labs to resolve issues
• Identify SOP gaps and suggest process improvements
• Potentially handle billing cases like refunds and chargebacks as the role expands
