Job summary

ClearDesk is hiring a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator to connect healthcare professionals with patients and families who rely on them. You will screen, source, and coordinate for roles from caregivers to licensed professionals, working with a US-based client entirely from a remote setup.

You’ll manage interviews, background checks, and credentialing basics, ensuring timely placements while maintaining strong candidate relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruitment experience for healthcare roles.
• Strong phone communication and follow-ups.
• Ability to source candidates creatively via social media and job boards.
• Experience with credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics.
• Comfortable working remotely with US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles (RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, caregivers).
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews via remote tools (phone/HelloHire/LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Manage background checks and license verifications.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.
