Job summary

Delegate CX is seeking a detail-oriented Home-Based Recruiter/Scheduler to support a U.S.-based healthcare business. You’ll advertise caregiver roles, pre-screen applicants, schedule interviews, coordinate onboarding, and maintain caregiver files.

The role requires excellent English communication, strong organizational skills, and reliability. Work hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday, with remote, from-home arrangements and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of scheduling, HR coordination, or relevant admin experience in a healthcare or medical setting.
• Familiar with medical terminology and health insurance basics.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Work hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, scheduling systems; AxisCare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advertise open caregiver roles on multiple platforms, using free and paid listings.
• Pre-screen applicants and coordinate interviews with interviewers.
• Coordinate onboarding: collect signed docs, send orientation manuals, maintain records.
• Track document expirations and caregiver files; ensure schedules are up to date.
• Prepare and finalize caregiver schedules every Wednesday for next two weeks; 48-hour fill notice.
