Concierge Care is seeking an energetic Caregiver Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for CNAs, HHAs and companions. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified caregivers while ensuring compliance with relevant certifications and state requirements.

The role emphasizes candidate experience, data-driven processes, and collaboration with scheduling teams to anticipate staffing needs. Night shifts and hybrid on-site/off-site work are possible.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or home care.
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines for caregiver roles (CNA/HHA).
• Familiarity with state/country employment laws and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and offers.
• Write and post compelling caregiver ads and build diverse candidate pools.
• Coordinate interviews (Zoom) and maintain accurate ATS records.
• Collaborate with Client Services to meet staffing needs and improve processes.
