Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of professional experience with US-based companies.
• Experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing/claims processing, medical coding, lab/diagnostics operations, IT or technical support, or vendor/logistics coordination.
• Experience handling medical data or lab results is a huge plus.
• Startup or small company experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent written English (B2 level) and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Process lab test orders and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Coordinate with diagnostic labs, customers, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Monitor internal dashboards for delays or outages; troubleshoot across platforms.
• Provide direct customer support via Slack, email, and ticketing systems; maintain SLA standards.
• Interact with clients via chat with occasional voice support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and documentation; use Google Docs, Linear, and Slack for tracking.
