Job summary

Junction is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate based in the Philippines to join our US-based healthcare technology team. You will handle lab test orders, vendor coordination, system monitoring, and proactive support for labs, labs, clients, and internal teams.

Working with the Lab Ops Manager and cross-functional colleagues, you’ll help ensure timely delivery, uphold SLAs, and document processes using Google Docs, Linear, and Slack.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of professional experience with US-based companies.
• Backgrounds we value: revenue cycle management, medical billing/claims, medical coding, clinical data, lab/diagnostics operations, IT or vendor coordination.
• Excellent written English (minimum B2, business professional).
• Experience handling medical data or lab results is a plus.
• Startup or small company experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process lab test orders and coordinate with labs, customers, and vendors.
• Monitor internal dashboards for delays or outages and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide direct support to customers via Slack, email, and tickets; uphold SLA.
• Interact with clients primarily through chat; some voice support.
• Support cross-functional teams and document processes; use Google Docs, Linear, Slack.
