ROJO Workforce is hiring a skilled CSR for Healthcare to support a valued client in a full-time role working on a temporary remote setup. The CSR will thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle sensitive health information, and provide patient-centered service while maintaining company policies.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has strong communication skills, and can work independently from a remote location with reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly.
• Strong communication and quick decision-making in fast-paced settings.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Make calls to other departments and answer incoming calls promptly in a polite and professional way.
• Gather and input accurate demographic information into electronic health records.
• Manage schedule of appointment for patients, including reviewing appointment date, time, location and insurance provider with the caller.
• Advise the caller of the items to bring to their appointment (insurance card, medications, office visit cost).
• Remind the patient to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment and explain cancellation/no-show policy.
• Respond to inquiries and provide additional information as needed to deliver patient-centered service and promote a positive impression of the organization.
• Act as a point of contact between the patient and the Health Center.
