Qualifications

• Profile 1 requires a 4-year Allied Health degree (no BSN).
• Profile 1 also requires 1 year of direct adult patient care or 1 year BPO Healthcare experience.
• Profile 2 accepts a 2-year Associate or 4-year degree with 2 years of direct adult patient care or 2 years BPO Healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from members and providers regarding healthcare benefits, eligibility, and claims.
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding coverage, benefits, and claim status.
• Address customer concerns and resolve inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Verify member information and review account details while maintaining confidentiality.
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the system.
• Follow established healthcare policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the appropriate teams when issues require further assistance or escalation.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance and productivity targets.
