International SOS Government Medical Services is seeking a remote credentialing professional to support clinician onboarding and regulatory compliance across U.S. and international programs.

You will verify licenses, track expiring credentials, maintain ATS records, and collaborate with recruiters and credentialing staff to keep workflows efficient. This role emphasizes accuracy, proactive communication, and the ability to operate across multiple healthcare programs from a remote location,

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data collection, data entry, reporting, healthcare credentialing, or credentialing administration.
• Experience managing expiring licenses, certifications, or other compliance documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate credentialing records.
• Experience with ATS or credentialing systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinician onboarding by maintaining ATS records and distributing onboarding and credentialing documentation.
• Verify licenses, certifications, education, employment history, background checks, sanction screenings, and other required documentation while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission standards.
• Track expiring credentials, communicate renewal requirements, and proactively manage compliance deadlines to help clinicians maintain uninterrupted eligibility.
• Maintain accurate credentialing records across internal databases and client platforms, generate credentialing reports, and coordinate required assessments or appointments to maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with recruiters, clinicians, team leaders, and credentialing staff to resolve documentation issues, support compliance requests, and maintain efficient credentialing workflows.
• Support operational continuity through cross-training, backup credentialing responsibilities, and mentoring or onboarding new team members as needed.
