Job summary

Hyremote LLC is seeking a detailed, team-oriented full-cycle accountant to support month-end closes across multiple facilities. You will review AP, post entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with financial reporting from a fully remote setup.

Responsibilities include payroll entries, receivables, and maintaining balance sheet schedules with Excel. You will collaborate with supervisors and operations teams to ensure accurate financials across facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle accounting with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Ability to review P&L and balance sheet for discrepancies and errors.
• Strong communication and collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Post cash transactions to the general ledger accurately.
• Code and enter invoices; review AP; prepare AP reports.
• Review payroll entries and record related expenses and accruals.
• Prepare receivables reports and pursue non-medical billing collections as needed.
• Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts during month-end close.
• Maintain Excel schedules for balance sheet accounts and prepaids.
• Review P&L and balance sheet activity; investigate discrepancies for supervisor review.
• Manage full-cycle accounting for 4–7 facilities and keep tasks current in workflow system.
