Job summary

Petra Brands is seeking a Creator & Influencer Specialist to grow our brands through creator partnerships on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social commerce platforms. Remote position, full-time. You will manage sampling, outreach, and campaign coordination while aligning with marketing, social and sales teams.

Ideal candidates understand influencer marketing and creator culture, can track KPIs, and will help scale our creator ecosystem across campaigns and live events.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in influencer marketing, social media or creator partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the TikTok creator ecosystem and trends.
• Experience managing product sampling or influencer gifting programs.
• Highly organized with solid project management skills.
• Comfortable communicating with creators and managing relationships.
• Familiar with social commerce and affiliate marketing.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and manage TikTok creators and influencers aligned with Petra Brands.
• Coordinate creator sampling, seeding programs and campaign lifecycles.
• Manage inbound creator requests across TikTok, Instagram and email.
• Build a creator Discord community and onboard new members.
• Support campaign execution with timelines, deliverables and KPI tracking.
• Facilitate live event creator coordination and brand activations.
• Maintain internal systems tracking creator codes, affiliate performance and metrics.
