Job summary

AutoScale Ventures in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support a fast-growing team across proxy infrastructure and data brands. This remote role covers day-to-day marketing initiatives, campaign coordination, online research, and content/asset preparation.

You will engage in varied marketing activities, take initiative, and grow within a global, tech-driven environment while collaborating with a distributed team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of marketing experience with results to show.
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts and metrics like funnels, CPC, CTR.
• Interest in marketing, growth, and continuous learning.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools/workflows.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Explore marketing platforms and tools to improve sales performance.
• Support ongoing marketing campaigns (link building, outreach, paid ads, search marketing, community engagement).
• Coordinate marketing projects using ClickUp and other tools.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Organize and manage marketing assets (reports, creatives, media files).
• Assist in creating and proofreading marketing materials (content, emails).
• Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed.
